The second season of antique thriller, Antique Bureau / Mystery of Antiques, began streaming today. This drama had a promo period of like a week, so there are not that many promo material. The director for this actually has a better track record than that of one, so I’m hoping the drama will reflect that. It stars Xia Yu, Wei Chen, and Aly. ThThe series 2 episodes every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and should be available with English subs on WeTV.

Our Glamorous Time revolves around the romance between an aspiring fashion designer (Zhao Liying) and a soldier turned CEO (Jin Han). Throw in some revenge plots and conspiracies set up by business competitors, and you’ve got yourself a 50 episode idol romance drama (I wouldn’t have guessed from the poster alone).
Empress of the Ming: Legend of Sun Ruowei is the latest female-centric drama to star a well-known film actress, and this time Tang Wei will be playing the titular empress. Zhu Yawen, her costar from The Golden Era plays Sun Ruowei’s husband Zhu Zhanji, later known as the Xuande Emperor. Continue reading
