Janice Man wed her long-time boyfriend Carl today in Italy. Congrats to the couple!
After over ten years of being in love, Tang Yixin and Zhang Ruoyun finally held their fairytale wedding this weekend at the Adare Manor in Ireland. Joining them were bridesmaids Li Qin, Shen Mengchen, and Victoria Song Qian, groomsmen Liu Haoran, Jing Boran, and Guo Qilin, and emcee Ma Sichun. Jing Boran caught the bouquet but gave it to Ma Sichun. Not sure what’s the proper superstition here, so we’ll have to wait and see which one of them gets married first.
Rom-com couple Zhang Ruoyun and Tang Yixin will finally tie the know on June 27th. The two met ten years ago when Zhang Ruoyun was driving and stopped at a traffic light. Tang Yixin was crossing the street and Zhang Ruoyun immediately fell in love. The two have been together ever since. Tang Yixin’s stage name is even a couple name with Zhang Ruoyun (艺昕 and 若昀 both have 艹 and 日). Congrats!
Tang Yan announced her marriage to Luo Jin on Weibo with the caption “I am the bride”, while he posted “I am the groom.”
Marriage celebrations began in Vienna last night, and a private ceremony will be held today. Congratulations to the happy couple!

The couple back in their middle school, where they exchanged letters every day.
Actress Zhou Fang ( Lovebirds 戏点鸳鸯 aka one of the cutest cdramas of all times) recently got married to director Liu Chang (With You 最好的我们), and their love story is as cute as any idol drama. The two went to pre-school together, dated once in middle school, once in high school, and then one last time in college that resulted in marriage. Here’s her story loosely translated.
Yes, I married the boy who’s been in my life for 24 years.
I met Liu Chang in middle school.
Scrawny, around my height.
Every afternoon, we took the k54 bus home.
Before he got off at his stop every day, we would exchange a letter that we wrote each other.
We’ve kept every one of those letters to this day.

Yan Kuan in a blog post on the eve of the wedding: “I will take my stubbornness, loyalty, and courage toward marriage, and solidify them into a sapphire. They will become a wedding ring for you to wear on your finger.”
Actor Yan Kuan and actress Du Ruoxi, who got engaged in April of last year, held their wedding ceremony on Bali Island on March 22nd. Both the bride and the groom, who have been together since 2009, choked up when it came time to exchange their vows.
Yan Kuan, who officially changed his name to Yan Yikuan but whom we’re still calling Yan Kuan for continuity’s sake, arrived with an elephant to escort the bride, since elephants are an auspicious symbol in Southeast Asia. Unfortunately, the elephant devoured the bridal bouquet that it was supposed to give Du Ruoxi. Luckily, the groom had come prepared with a second bouquet.
Although the newlyweds aimed to keep their wedding open to only close friends and family, there were still a lot of celebrities present, such as Du Chun and Ying’er, who served as a groomsman and a bridesmaid. Other attendees included Jeff Bao Jianfeng, Shen Tai, and YOYO.
Check out the collection of pictures (taken by Z&L Studio) behind the cut, including this absolutely precious photo of Yan Kuan tearing up when addressing his princess, whom he called “the best gift that Heaven has bestowed upon me”:
“…Sichen and my love, went in the direction of marriage from the very start. No searchings, no uncertainties, he’s always loved me with his heart, and I’ve never wavered.”
Joining the January marriage/wedding club are Tong Liya, Chen Sicheng, who held their wedding this Wednesday in Tahiti. The couple met and started dating during the filming of Beijing Love Story, for which they were the leads and Chen Sicheng was the director and scriptwriter. More photos from the wedding below the cut.
And like this, yet another one of C-entertainment’s golden couples decides to take their relationship to the next level. Chen Sicheng, who was born in the year of the horse, told the media that he would “马上” (literally, “on the horse,”; more commonly translated as “immediately”) marry his goddess (Tong Liya). (What’s more, he’s also rumored to have hinted at a “having the next generation during the year of the horse”). They will be married in Taihiti on January 16. (1). A few couple pictures below the cut.
Meanwhile, their co-star from Beijing Love Story Yang Mi recently held her wedding ceremony with Hawick Lau in Bali. A few pictures below the cut; you can find more pictures here. Tang Yan was their only media star attendee (as they wanted to keep the event low key), though Hawick’s actor father was also present. Yang Mi teared up during the ceremony; best of luck to them all!
The real deal, this time around.
Before the end of 2013, He Jie and her new hubby, actor He Ziming, released their wedding ceremony video set to He Jie’s new single Let’s Get Married 我们结婚吧. The couple did a traditional wedding clothes photoshoot (is it a traditional Yi (彝) wedding outfit?) a while back.
Watch the beautiful music video below and more wedding photoshoot below the cut.
