Time-loop mystery Sisyphus stars Wang Qianyuan as a police officer who is sent back to the past every time he gets shot by the man (Lu Han) responsible for his family’s murders. The 12 episode Lights On miniseries will be English-subbed on the iQiyi app.

Sisyphus 在劫难逃 is an upcoming mystery sci-fi thriller starring Wang Qianyuan as Zhang Haifeng, a former detective who has been wasting away his days after the accidental death of his two-year-old daughter. A recent serial murder case that seems to tie in with his daughter’s case catches his eye, and Zhang Haifeng begins to chase down a man who has been labelled a main suspect (Lu Han).

Sci-fi film The Pathfinder 拓星者 is the directorial debut of producer Zhang Xiaobei, so I have no idea what to expect. The film stars Song Yang, Qi Xi, Qu Jingjing, and Wang Lie. The film is shot on-location in Xinjiang with visuals that remind me of Mad Max.

Musicians Zhang Bichen, Li Yundi, Zhou Bichang and models Ju Xiaowen, Xi Mengyao, Chutimon Chuengcharoensukying (Bad Genius is amazing and I highly recommend it) , and Karlie Kloss also joined in the fun.

This Photoshoot Friday is late, but…doesn’t Rhydian Vaughan make up for it? He’s in a shoot with Qi Xi. Also, there’s Zhang Meng and Du Ruoxi rocking the crimson lipstick, and Yang Rong looking adorable in all black. Zhang Xinyi is as stylish as ever, sporting various daring outfits; meanwhile, and Joe Chen is the “cute” type of retro (she has crimson lipstick too, oops).
