Dear Military Uniform 亲爱的戎装 (lit.) is being touted as the next Descendants of the Sun, and stars Huang Jingyu as a stone-faced special forces officer and Li Qin as a warm and gentle army doctor. A similar-themed drama starring Ma Sichun and Bai Jingting is also in production.
Directed by Tian Yi (The Drug Hunter) and written by award-winning screenwriter You Xiaoying (Love Education), the 45 episode drama is based on the novel of a similar name (军装下的绕指柔) by Zhezhi Mayi.
