Lu Han and Wu Lei play a pair of gamers separated by a decade who end up meeting each other in a video game.
I’m super impressed by Lu Han’s acting in this trailer. His acting is so natural in every scene. He’s shown he can act previously in movies, but hasn’t really brought that to dramas (expected since dramas tend to have less directing and time to perfect every scene). The trailer and premise both look great and I hope it’s good. The drama co-stars Wu Lei, Dai Luwa, and Cecilia Boey and is airing on July 20th.
The trailer for Sisyphus looks great, and I’m loving the show’s tag line: “The past is the future, and the future is the present.” Starring Wang Qianyuan, Lu Han, Qi Xi, Qiao Xin, Wu Yue and Zhang Haoran, the second drama in iQiyi’s Lights On series will probably be released after Kidnapping Game ends on the 17th. Sisyphus 在劫难逃 is an upcoming mystery sci-fi thriller starring Wang Qianyuan as Zhang Haifeng, a former detective who has been wasting away his days after the accidental death of his two-year-old daughter. A recent serial murder case that seems to tie in with his daughter’s case catches his eye, and Zhang Haifeng begins to chase down a man who has been labelled a main suspect (Lu Han).

Complete with kite flying, Beijing yogurt (aka the best yogurt), youtiao, and a friendly match of Chinese chess in the shadows of the imperial palace under writings of Mao Zedong, this photoshoot of Beijing native Lu Han is probably one of the best from Chen Man in a long time.
Lu Han’s currently starring in his first drama, Fighter of the Destiny. The series is too draggy for me but he’s very pretty in it.
Q: Can a fan tell me if Lu is his last name?
Lu Han has the best fan memorabilia ever and I’m beyond jealous. With a theme around deer (Lu 鹿 means deer) and reading, the collaboration with designer Wu Tong takes inspiration from books from the Royal Library as well as architectural accents from the Forbidden Palace.
The collection includes a pencil case, a six-sided stamp that doubles as a necklace pendant and a incense burner, a paperclip, a bookmark, a journal, and envelopes with designs from the Royal Library.
