Yao Chen makes me think that cloudy beaches might be more perfect than sunny ones – but then, Li Xuedong turns up a heat not long afterwards, revealing that the 17th prince has a pretty nice set of abs. Meanwhile, Minna Yang (Huang Rong for the upcoming ROCH 2014) goes for our favorite newspaper look ( “black, white, and red all over”). Gillian Chung looks much more sophisticated than she does in Ancient Sword in her photo shoot here, while “her” pet kitten Zhang Yunlong (from the same drama) is quite manly, even in a butterfly covered blouse. Guo Jingming-directed film Tiny Times, based on the novel of the same name by Guo Jingming, released its theme song and MV today. The song is sung by singer Yu Kewei and penned by Guo Jingming and Luoluo, another writer under Guo Jingming’s publication company. The movie stars Yang Mi, Amber Kuo, Kai Ko, Li Xuedong, Guo Biting, Jiang Chao, etc. Translations of the lyrics below the cut.

“Luxuriant Gens” releases trailers

Li Xinru gives the go for plenty of French kissing, but has to fake a simple peck?

Model drama Luxuriant Gens 华丽一族 stars Li Xinru as well as model-actors Godfrey Gao and Li Xuedong.   A remake of Korean drama “Model,” the series tells of the inner intrigues of the modeling industry. Produced by Nesound (Ugly Wudi), the series will air on Hunan TV on March 1st.  Watch the trailer below and the long trailer here:
