October is the month of mystery dramas, and Youku is trying to gain some leverage over iQiyi with its own mystery drama Truth 真相. Starring Chen Xingxu (Goodbye My Princess) as a trace evidence analyst, the drama premieres on Youku tonight.
To Love stars Lin Gengxin as the mysterious hero, Du Chun as the police detective hot on his trail and Gai Yuexi as the hero’s love interest.

A Love Never Lost – Li Xian, Chun Xia
To Love (formerly Love and Lost) stars Lin Gengxin as a former special forces member and narcotics officer, whose entire life changes when he meets coffee shop owner Ji Xiao’ou (Gai Yuexi). [Extended Synopsis]
The drama is directed by Wen Taming and written by Zhou Yuanjiao (Why Get Married), and is tentatively scheduled for a late 2020 broadcast.
Love and Lost 最初的相遇，最后的别离 is an upcoming suspense romance drama starring Lin Gengxin as Yan Jin, a former anti-narcotics officer turned businessman. He joins a drug cartel as an undercover operative after clues related to a past drug trafficking case, which also took the life of his good friend, resurfaces.
Director Zhao Baogang (Struggle, My Youthfulness) is back with Youth Fight 青春斗, a 38 episode drama revolving around the friendship of four university graduates, their struggles and successes. Starring Zheng Shuang, Gai Yuexi, Xu Yue, Chen Xiaoyun and Wang Xiuzhu, the series airs daily on Beijing TV and Dragon TV beginning tonight.
