Reminding everyone that she would win the president of the world election if her  fans were allowed to vote,  singer  Chris Li Yuchun recently won the MTV EMA World Act, beating other nominees such as One Direction, Justin Bieber, and Exo with over 100 million votes in three rounds of fan voting. Congrats, Li Yuchun!
