Spring is coming, it’s the perfect time to fall in love with this new set of much chirpier photoshoot from Stay With Me. This set of posters actually has nothing to do with Easter other than the pastels, but happy Easter to those of you who celebrate it!
Btw, the script is confirmed to be by Xu Ziyuan (WuXin: Monster Killer, yay!) and Qian Jingjing (Destined to Love You and Cage of Love, urgh) .
Also, the cast will be filming in Paris next week. They’re looking for a male to read Oscar Wilde, some extras of Chinese origin, and Caucasian male thugs if you’re interested.
Chen Qiao’en and Wang Kai look stunning in the first posters for Stay With Me 放弃我抓紧我 that actually feature the two together. We’re already seeing tons of chemistry between the leads from behind-the-scenes. This photoshoot was done the first day the actors met, and all that was going through my head for the second half of the video was “kiss already!”
… and I still long for this degree of production quality to be applied to other dynasties….
Chronicle of Life, starring Hawick Lau, Zheng Shuang, Zhang Binbin, Michelle Yim, Zhang Zhixi, Zhang Xiaochen, Wang Ruoxin, and Cheng Yanqiu, will be releasing soon so here are the stills and promotional goodies being released. This includes the much missed spoiler-trailer below so you have been warned.
Stills tsunami and other goodies below the cut.
Zheng Shuang, Hawick Lau, and Li Dongxue‘s Republican drama Cage of Love begins airing on May 26th, and has released the ending and opening themes and respective MV’s. As the Dream Stardom Film and TV Culture Co.’s second project following Perfect Couple 金玉满堂, I expect the first half to be hilarious and adorable, and the second half to be depressing. See you in the first half!
