Fun fact: Archie Kao has one of the worst Wikipedia pictures I’ve seen.
He (Zhou Xun’s American actor boyfriend – now husband!) and Zhou Xun dazzle for Marie Claire in mostly grayscale clothing – can you believe that one is 41, and one is 45? Continue reading →
As if Yan Kuan and Du Ruoxi’s wedding photos weren’t pretty enough…
It’s one day before the day of love, but since it’ll probably already be February 14 by the time this is posted, what better way to celebrate it than by showing off some couple photoshoots?
First, we have Zhou Xun and Archie Kao looking amazing and cute despite doing nothing other than standing around a car. After that are Yan Yikuan and Du Ruoxi in some outdoors-y shoots, followed by Daniel Chan and wife Wang Yuxian (now three months pregnant with their second child). There are also some pretty solo shots of model-actress Mi Lu (Viola Mi), whom you may recognize as the insufferable model Xiao Xiao from the My Sunshine drama, and Ma Tianyu, just because.
To be honest, not much has been happening on the Weibo front since our last round-up (that, or I haven’t had the time to pay enough attention), but have some cuteness to make up for the lack of real news.
Zhou Xun with her Chinese-American boyfriend Archie Kao is quite adorable already, but give me Zhou Xun, Archie, and a panda, and that’s even better! I’m going to have to throw in an extra picture here, because she is really just too cute.
Lots of goodies in this Weibo round-up, including two dating announcements! But first, let’s kick it off with a few Mother’s Day posts, some touching and some silly…
Meteor Shower actor Yu Haoming wrote a poignant message for his mother, who was with him every step of the way after he was injured in an explosion in 2010 when filming a drama with S.H.E’s Selina. After being hospitalized with numerous third-degree burns, his mother personally cooked every meal for him and brought it to the hospital for him to eat. Haoming shared in a recent interview that his mom is still in the habit of calling him a few times a day to check up on him.
And for those of you wondering what Haoming is up to, he just started filming a drama called Before the Rain (暴雨将至), which also stars Huang Zhizhong and Jordan Chan.
#In this world, only Mom is good# Mom’s goodness lies not only in her meticulous care in life, the urging of her patient persuasion, and her duty-bound silent support. Even more precious is that every time we take a picture, I will consciously rush onward, in order to make my face a little smaller. Everyone, where can you find such a good mother? Mommy, Happy Mother’s Day! I love you!
