Unfortunately I don’t think any of them have English subs yet. I don’t think Ten Deadly Sin will ever get English subs. The two Qin medical examiners are both pretty recent so if you wait for a while there may be one.

Why do some characters have really weird names like ‘White Brows’.
Are they just as weird to Native Chinese speakers?
I think it’s kind of a cultural thing… I guess….The closest equivalent I can think of at the moment in the Western world would be the stereotype of gangsters naming themselves after some quality that they have or part of their history. I am assuming you are watching wuxia dramas but it’s kind of to provide an “underworld-ish” feel or more of a period “street” feel to the character I guess…
I was watching the legend of zu the new chinese paladin.
I was especially amused at the nicknames that were used – stinky long you being a fav!
So yes… a bit wuxia inspired there…
