Love When The Stars Fall 星落凝成糖 comes from the producer from Ashes of Love, and stars Chen Xingxu, Li Landi, Chen Muchi and He Xuanlin in a xianxia version of Wrong Carriage, Right Groom.
The queen of the mortal realm gives birth to twin daughters – one is the respected and kind-hearted Qingkui (He Xuanlin), while the other is the cheeky Yetan (Li Landi). They’re betrothed to the heirs of the heavenly and demon realms respectively, though their bridal carriages get mixed up along the way and hijinks ensue.
Directed by Zhu Ruibin (Ashes of Love, The Long Ballad) and written by Ma Jia (Ashes of Love, Skate Into Love), the drama is still in the midst of filming.

Well, I’m excited for this to come out. I highly enjoyed Ashes of Love and Skate into You and expect to like this as well. The styling looks good so far and the production team is solid. I liked Chen Xingxu in Goodbye My Princess, but haven’t watched him in anything else since then. I hope he delivers just as well in this.
