Forever and Ever revolves around the romance between a general (Ren Jialun) and a mute girl (Bai Lu), as well as their modern reincarnations Zhousheng Chen and Shi Yi.

The two lifetimes will air as separate dramas, and are slated to stream this Summer as part of iQiyi’s Sweet On programme schedule, which includes a line up of romance dramas exclusive to the platform.
