Falling into Your Smile 你微笑时很美 stars Xu Kai (Lingjian Mountain) as Lu Sicheng, a somewhat narcissistic captain of a top League of Legends team who is prone to capricious behaviour. Cosmic Girls member Cheng Xiao costars as Tong Yao, the first female professional esports player in China.

The heroine was introduced to esports by her ex-boyfriend, and the pair eventually break up because of the sport. From that moment on, she vowed never to date an esports player, though everything changes after she catches Lu Sicheng’s attention. Idols Yao Chi and Zhai Xiaowen costar.

Directed by Qiu Zhongwei (The Untamed: The Living Dead) and written by Chang Jia (The Ex-File: The Return of the Exes), the drama is based on Qingmei’s novel of the same name, and began filming a few days ago.
