Zhang Xincheng plays a street rat recruited to use his skills in spycraft.

Zhang Xincheng (My Huckleberry Friends), Zhou Yutong (Cambrian Period) join a Song-dynasty school for secret agents in the anime-looking series Young Blood 大宋少年志. They’re joined by classmates Zheng Wei, Wang Youshuo, He Haochen, and Su Xiaotong in their adventures.   The series looks like it’s going for an exaggerated anime style.  Here’s the first set of many posters
