Recent attempts  of English songs by Chinese artists often sound dated or like rejects,  so imagine my surprise when I heard Pretty White Lies by Jason Zhang Jie.  It  sounds like it could easily have been a pop artist’s new single. The other two songs in his EP are the also catchy English song Millionaire and Chinese song Stay In.
