Battle of Memories 记忆大师 is the much anticipated film from director Leste Chen and write Ren Peng, the duo behind to The Great Hypnotist and 20 Again, and features a brand new cast in Huang Bo (Mojin: The Lost Legend), Xu Jinglei (Somewhere Only We Know), Duan Yihong (The Dead End), Yang Zishan (Happy Mitan) and Tiffany Hsu (In Love).
Huang Bo plays Jiang Feng, a successful author who chooses to wipe a decade of his memory after a painful divorce with his wife Zhang Daichen (Xu Jinglei). However, when he tries to recover the memories at the request of his wife, he accidentally finds himself in the mind of a serial killer.
Dimash emerged as the dark horse of this year’s I Am A Singer after two jaw–dropping performances, and impressively sings the promotional theme Memories that cannot be wiped away in near-perfect Chinese. Other previews for the film can be found here and here.
The film is slated to premiere in theatres on April 28th.
