Well… this looks interesting…

Let’s Shake It 颤抖吧！阿部 has started filming, based on the novel of a similar name by Feng Diuzi (颤抖吧，ET！).  Starring An Yuexi and Zheng Yecheng, those looking for a different style of drama may want to give this a go.

During the reign of Emperor Taizong of Tang, the borders of the country were in chaos.  The sixth prince Li Yi put down the rebellion and became the crown prince and married the second daughter of the Zhenyuan General, Tang Qingxie.  However, the Madam Tang was unsatisfied with the arrangement and instead, switched the second daughter for the eldest daughter Tang Qingyun and sent assassins after Tang Qingxie.

Tang Qingxie eventually grew ill and her brother Tang Qingfeng cared for her and searched out for the source of the assassins.  Unfortunately, Tang Qingfeng only became embroiled in more conspiracies and discovered that he was actually the son of the former emperor who was brought up by the general’s manor in order to escape assassination.  He also discovered that Li Yi, in order to attain the position of emperor, was secretly colluding with enemy forces.

Trying to resolve the situation, Tang Qingfeng confessed to Li Yi that he had no personal desires for the throne.  With the persuasion of Tang Qingfeng and Tang Qingxie, Li Yi finally came to his senses and helped repel the enemy forces.
